Shipping Policy We will ship to anywhere in the continental US for the fee determined during checkout. Our shipping prices do not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally. Non-continental US residents must contact us for a shipping quote. 

Most products arrive within 1 - 7 business days. Larger items such as heaters, large filters, above-ground pools, large covers, and select other products can take up to 14 business days to arrive. 

Every product ships via UPS, USPS or FedEx Home Delivers except for large items such as pool heaters, large filters, slides and above ground pools. These items ship common carrier. The trucking company will contact you prior to delivery. You will have to be home to receive the product, take the product off the truck and sign for the product unless otherwise noted. You must inspect that package before you sign. If you see any damage, please refuse delivery and contact Aqua Supercenter immediately. Contact us!

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. 

As we have grown our warehouse and partner network since 2004 - we have noticed a major increase the past 12 months where we use our own delivery trucks to deliver products directly to our customers. This allows us more control over the handling of our products and therefore have MUCH lower return/damage rate. 

If we aren't delivering the product via our own delivery network; we always use the fastest method for our customers. If that's FedEx, UPS, USPS..

For larger items such as slides, heaters, etc. will ship using a regional freight carrier. Our price includes residential service w/ lift gate

It depends on where you are. Orders generally will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

We ship fast! In 2019, our average delivery was only 3 days from order date.

Obviously that's including many orders which shipped out same day and were delivered within 24 hours as well as the rare times that we don't have the product you ordered at a local warehouse and we must ship it across the country.

We will provide you with tracking details usually within 24 hours after you order.

In some cases if you don't receive tracking information within 24 hours, we are typically doing a internal transfer to a warehouse near you where we can deliver it directly to you.
